Return eligibility
Returned clothing must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned with its original tags and packaging. Items damaged after delivery, altered, or missing tags or packaging may not be accepted.
For hygiene reasons, innerwear and any item marked non-returnable or final sale on its product page cannot be returned. Always check the product page before ordering.
Exchanges and return instructions
Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. We will provide return or pickup instructions after reviewing your request. Please do not send an item before receiving those instructions.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank or payment-provider processing time may vary.
Original delivery charges are not refundable unless the item was incorrect, damaged or defective when delivered. Nothing in this policy limits rights available under applicable law.
