Refund and Returns Policy

Returns:

You may initiate a return of your purchase on the ‘My Orders’ page by selecting the ‘Return’ option.

  • We accept returns within 15 days from the delivery date for most items. Specific return eligibility details are available on the Product Description Page of each item.
  • The product and its original packaging must be returned in the same condition as received.
  • Returns are not accepted for innerwear, cosmetics, and certain other products due to hygiene and safety concerns.
  • Some items such as wearables and notebooks are also non-returnable.

For initiating a return, please visit the My Orders page. We will organize a pick-up within 2-3 days of your request. In regions where pick-up service is not available, you may self-ship the items via any reliable courier service, preferably Speed Post.

Refunds:

Once your returned item is picked up and passes our quality checks, we will initiate your refund within 48 hours:

  • Wallet refunds are processed within a few minutes.
  • NEFT refunds will be credited in 3 to 5 business days.
  • Refunds through Payment Gateways take 5 to 7 business days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Non-returnable Products:

Products not eligible for return include:

  • Items sold in Flash Sales.
  • Products that may pose hygiene risks, such as Boxers, Nightwear Shorts, various types of Masks (Premium, Everyday, Surgical, N 95, N 90), Face Shields, Hand Sanitizers, Personal Protection Kits, Gloves, Thermometers, cosmetic products, perfumes, and Notebooks.

Always check the Product Description page to verify if an item is eligible for return.

Exchanges:

You can exchange most purchases within 15 days of delivery; details are provided on each product’s description page.

  • Exchanges are processed only for size issues and items directly sold by Glam Modene.
  • You are allowed one exchange request per order, and you may return the product obtained through an exchange if necessary.
  • The item for exchange will be collected at the same time the new order is delivered.

Self-Ship Policy:

If we do not offer pick-up in your area, you are required to self-ship the return items using a reliable courier service.

  • Include a sheet with the Order ID details for each returned item inside the package.
  • You will be reimbursed for shipping costs upon sharing a scanned copy of the courier bill/receipt within 48 hours of shipping. The receipt must include the package weight, addresses, shipment date, and cost, and must not be altered in any way.
  • Reimbursement rates will be verified against standard courier service rates based on the sender-destination-service combination.

This policy is contingent upon the inspection and acceptance of the returned items at our warehouse.
